No Bake Energy Bites
This is a healthier take on the traditional and famous no bake cookies. They are so good and good for you! This recipe is one of our favorites when we are crunched for time and want a healthy and easy breakfast or snack option for the whole week! They are a hit with both kids AND adults, and always go quick! Want to make them last? Store them in the freezer and enjoy when needed! Recipe and instructions are below!

Recipe Instructions:
Step 1: Add Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips, Honey, Vanilla, Flaxseed, Chia Seed and Coconut Flakes into a large bowl
Step 2: Mix ingredients by hand
Step 3: Form into small, bite size balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then enjoy!
