Happy Tasty Tuesday! Today we are highlighting these delicious Homemade juice recipes! Juicing can be a great way to help jumpstart healthy habits weight loss but the key to losing weight isn’t just about replacing a meal with juice, it's about creating consistent healthy choices when it comes to your diet! All of these recipes are to be made with a fruit and vegetable fruit extractor. Simply add all of the ingredients to your juicer and enjoy!
Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
• 2 lemons
• 6 Carrots
• 2 Red Apples
• 1/2 Orange
Add all ingredients to your juicer one at a time! You may enjoy right away or refrigerate and store in a mason jar for up to three days!
Green Machine
Ingredients:
• 1 Large Cucumbers
• 2 Green Apples
• 2 Cup Pineapple
• 1 Cup Spinach
• 1 Cup Kale
• Mint Leaf

Up Beet
