Tasty Tuesday! Spaghetti Squash & Meat Sauce

Spaghetti Squash & Meat Sauce

Ingredients:
• Spaghetti Squash
• Ground Turkey or Beef
• Marinara Sauce
• Onion (Optional)
• Crushed Tomatoes (Optional)
Instructions:
1) Poke the squash multiple times with a knife or fork and place into an oven safe dish and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. We like to poke holes in a straight line down the center of the squash in order to make it easier to cut in half after cooking!
2) In a medium saucepan, brown your turkey or ground beef until fully cooked
3) Add in onions, crushed tomatoes, marinara, and any desired seasoning
4) Take the squash out of the oven and carefully cut in half. Remove the seeds and scrape the squash into strands with a fork. Add your meat sauce and top with fat free cheese!
