Your body isn’t designed to sit all day and for sedentary person, the benefits of exercise, even just small amounts, are truly significant. If you find that your workplace has you seated for 7-8 hours per day. try incorporating a standing desk to help keep the blood flowing and body working!

Limit Your Caffeine Intake After Noon!

Consuming caffeine late in the afternoon without being able to properly use/burn that energy can really take a toll on your body's circadian rhythm and effect the quality sleep you get each night. Instead, try non caffeinated herbal teas!

Control What You Can Control

We have touched on this is in the past, but with so many opinions about what is going on in the world today, it is important to focus on the things that YOU can control during this unorthodox and unique time that we are living in.
