October Tip The Scale Recipients
Our monthly Tip The Scale Award recognizes Hometown Pharmacy employees that go the extra mile in serving our communities. Patients, customers, and fellow coworkers can nominate employees that they feel deserves this recognition by filling out the Nomination Form on our website. Each month, we choose 2 employees to feature; an employee nominated by a coworker, and an employee nominated by a customer and/or patient.
Our first recipient this month is Kent Udulutch. Kent works as a managing pharmacist at Plover Hometown Pharmacy. He has worked all around the state, and about 12 years ago he decided to settle in central Wisconsin. Him and his wife have four adult children and a golden retriever, Lady. He enjoys spending his leisure time motorcycling, bicycling, and traveling. Kent became a partner with Hometown Pharmacy in 2019 and opened a location in Plover, WI. He is passionate about Hometown Pharmacy's focus on pro-active health.
Kent was nominated for this award by his amazing customers, "Kent and the team at Hometown are fantastic! I appreciate having a Pharmacist who knows me by name, takes time to understand my health concerns and doesn't make me feel like I'm just completing a transaction. The "corner" drugstore with personal service is making a comeback!"

Kent's genuine care for his community makes him an amazing candidate for this month's award.
Kent will be given a certificate, commemorative pin, and a gift card to thank him for his hard work. Thank you Kent, for being such a helpful employee to many Wisconsin communities.
Our second recipient this month is Sarah Bowker! Sarah works as the managing pharmacist at Depere Hometown Pharmacy.
Sarah states, "My passion is trying to help our community by providing a pharmacy that offers more than just medication. We aim higher to offer health care prevention through education about lifestyle, nutrition and supplementation we trust. I was recently blessed to be offered a partnership with Hometown pharmacy who shares this passion and who pushes the limit in preventative care.I am so happy to be in the De Pere community! Seeing familiar faces and helping out where I can makes my job pretty amazing!!"
She was nominated by a loyal customer who wrote, " Sarah is the most kindest pharmacist and so knowledgeable. She is compassionate and is always willing to help you in anyway"
