Get A Fitness Tracker To Track Your Steps!

Using a fitness tracker such as a Fitbit, Apple Watch, or Pedometer to track your steps is an easy way to make sure you’re getting enough physical activity each day. We suggest that you aim for 10,000 steps daily, which has significant physical and mental health benefits. A fitness tracker will also remind you to get 250 steps each hour!

Manage Your Worries

Attempt to resolve your stressors or concerns before bedtime. Write down what's on your mind and then set it aside for tomorrow!

Simple stress management may help as well! Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks.

Make Half Your Plate Veggies

An easy trick for healthy eating and portion control is to make half your plate veggies for each meal. Vegetables pack essential vitamins, minerals and other phytonutrients that are important for health and longevity. They are also rich in fiber that will help keep you feeling full longer.

Fill Your Home With House Plants

Houseplants help to purify your indoor air and research even shows they are able to help improve mood, creativity, and can provide a sense of relaxation!
